Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, art, and community with Anishinaabe folk singer Annie Humphrey from the Leech Lake Reservation. Annie’s powerful voice and storytelling reflect the beauty, struggle, and spirit of life in the North.
This special event is part of Fire in the Village: Warriors and the Powerless, with proceeds helping Native students from Voyageurs Expeditionary School attend Headwaters music lessons at no cost to their families.
What’s Happening:
12–2 PM: Free community art & storytelling workshop — open to all!
6 PM: Doors open for block printing + soup & bread meal prepared by Voyageurs staff and students
7 PM: Concert with Annie Humphrey and Friends
Sliding Scale Tickets: $5 | $10 | $20- no one is turned away due to inability to pay
