His favorite creative outlet "I'm not just living in the world; I'm a maker of the world, one creation at a time! As a maker, my day starts with a spark of imagination and ends with something unique I've made. It's my favorite symphony of innovation and creation, played on my terms. It's my sandbox, my rules, my joy!
"So here's to the makers, dreamers, and DIY magicians: keep that creative flame burning!"
Why he loves Headwaters "Being a maker and a parent is a beautiful melody of creation and inspiration! When my kids hit the right notes with their musical curiosity, and my maker's heart strummed along, I knew we'd found our perfect harmony at Headwaters School of Music and Arts. Here, they're budding talents and that continues to draw me in."
Family "Welcome to the Josefson Crew, where each day is a carnival of caring, creativity, and camaraderie! Our family ringmaster is my wife, the amazing Dr. Kari Josefson, whose mission is to heal the world, one patient at a time.
"As for our children, first, meet our dazzling star, Letica. She harmonizes math equations, sports, and beautiful songs with a winning smile. Then there's our multi-talented Beatrix, striking a chord on the piano while scoring goals on the soccer field. Our little drummer boy, Tosten, rhythmically brings the beat from the drum set to the taekwondo dojo. And don't forget our sunshine boy Rocco, who can reel in the biggest fish while laughing heartily.
"The Josefson clan mixes medicine, math, music, sports, and laughter like the secret recipe for a perfect family stew."
His favorite artist “Leonardo da Vinci”

Her favorite creative outlet "I believe that every waking moment is a creative experience! We're given the clay to mold our life's masterpiece...it's ALL about creation! But yeah, I like to paint, cook and play the mandolin, too."
Why she loves Headwaters “I've been involved with Headwaters since my kids were little, and we've all benefited from Headwaters' lessons, camps and other events over the years. I LOVE that we have an organization in Bemidji that values music and the arts as my as our family does. It's a true treasure in our community...a center for creativity!"
Family “My partner of 23 years and I have 3 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 10 chickens and one beta fish."
